If you have already identified a property, we can provide independent advice to ensure you purchase with confidence and negotiate the best possible outcome.

Our premium buyer's advocacy service provides complete representation from the initial property search through to settlement. We manage the entire purchasing process while acting exclusively in your best interests.

- Unlimited search for suitable on-market and off-market properties.
- Property shortlisting and recommendations.
- Property inspections (in person or virtual).
- Market analysis and comprehensive due diligence.
- Negotiation of purchase price and contract conditions.
- Auction representation (if required).
- Coordination with trusted building and pest inspectors.
- Introduction to affiliated conveyancers or solicitors (if required).
- Liaison with finance brokers and property managers (where required).
- Contract management through to settlement.
- Final pre-settlement inspection.
Flat Fee
- $8,000 + GST
